How to Use
Dosage
The usual starting dose is 50 mg.
Method
Take one tablet whole with a glass of water about one hour before sexual activity.
Important
Do not take Sildenafil Adamed more than once a day.

Important Warnings
- Do not use Sildenafil Adamed if you are allergic to sildenafil or any other ingredient in this medicine.
- Do not take Sildenafil Adamed if you are using medicines called nitrates (often used for chest pain) or nitric oxide donors (like "poppers"), as this combination can dangerously lower your blood pressure.
- Do not take Sildenafil Adamed if you are taking riociguat (used for high blood pressure in the lungs).
- Do not take Sildenafil Adamed if you have severe heart or liver problems, have recently had a stroke or heart attack, or have low blood pressure or certain rare inherited eye diseases.
- Stop taking this medicine and seek immediate medical help if you experience sudden decrease or loss of vision.

- Inform your doctor if you have blood cell disorders (like sickle cell anemia), a deformed penis, stomach ulcers, or bleeding problems.
- Sildenafil Adamed is not for use by women or individuals under 18 years of age.
- Be aware that this medicine can cause dizziness and affect your vision; do not drive or operate machinery until you know how it affects you.
