How to Use

Dosage

Take 3 to 4 lozenges daily.

Method

Let the lozenge slowly dissolve in your mouth every 3-6 hours.

Important

Do not take more than 4 lozenges in a day.

Possible Side Effects

RARE
  • Hives (skin rash), increased sensitivity to sunlight, sudden tightening of airways in the lungs.
  • Local irritation or burning sensation in the mouth.
  • Allergic reaction, severe allergic reaction (anaphylactic shock) including trouble breathing, chest pain, dizziness, severe itching, swelling of face, lips, tongue or throat (can be life-threatening), burning or numb feeling in the mouth lining.

Important Warnings

  • Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to its ingredients or if you are under 6 years old.
  • Do not use for more than 7 days. If your symptoms get worse, don't improve after 3 days, or you get a fever, contact your doctor.
  • Long-term use can make you sensitive to the medicine. If this happens, stop treatment and see a doctor.
  • Do not use with anionic compounds (like in toothpaste). Avoid using right before or after brushing your teeth.
  • Be careful if you are allergic to certain pain relievers (salicylates, NSAIDs) or if you have asthma.

  • Do not take with milk as it can reduce the effect. Do not eat or drink for at least one hour after taking the medicine.
  • Not recommended during pregnancy.
