  • Impotence (difficulty getting or keeping an erection)

  • Sleep apnea (breathing stops during sleep)
  • Symptoms related to pancreas and bile duct problems, such as severe upper stomach pain radiating to the back, nausea, vomiting, or fever.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to morphine or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Do not use if you have a lot of mucus in your airways.
  • Do not use if you have an acute liver disease.
  • Do not use if you have severe breathing problems (shortness of breath).
  • Do not use if you feel restless while under the influence of alcohol or medicines used for sleeping.

  • This medicine can cause dependence, addiction, and tolerance.
  • Do not use if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
  • This medicine can affect your ability to drive or use machines. Be careful.
  • Avoid alcohol (even small amounts) while taking this medicine.
  • Stop using Sendolor and seek medical help right away if you get severe skin reactions like blisters, widespread peeling skin, or pus-filled bumps with fever.
  • This medicine can cause breathing problems during sleep, such as sleep apnea. Tell your doctor if you experience this.
  • Contact your doctor if you have severe upper stomach pain that spreads to your back, with nausea, vomiting, or fever, as these could be signs of pancreas inflammation or bile duct problems.
