Sacubitril/Valsartan Krka is a heart medicine used to treat a specific type of chronic heart failure in adults and children aged 1 year and older.
The usual starting dose is one 24 mg/26 mg or 49 mg/51 mg tablet twice a day (one in the morning and one in the evening). Your doctor may adjust the dose every 2-4 weeks. The usual target dose is 97 mg/103 mg twice a day.
Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. You can take it with or without food. Do not break or crush the tablets.
The maximum recommended daily dose is 194 mg/206 mg, achieved by taking 97 mg/103 mg twice daily.
