How to Use

Dosage

The recommended dose is two sprays in each nostril, morning and evening.

Method

This spray is for your nose. Shake the bottle for at least 10 seconds before each use. Always follow the instructions provided.

Important

Do not use more than eight sprays in total per day.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use Ryaltris if you are allergic to mometasone furoate, olopatadine, or any other ingredients in this medicine.
  • Do not use if you have an untreated infection in your nose, such as herpes. Wait until the infection has cleared before starting treatment.
  • Do not use if you have recently had nose surgery or a nose injury. Wait until your nose has healed.
  • Talk to your doctor if you easily get infections (have a weakened immune system) or if you come into contact with someone who has measles or chickenpox. You should avoid contact with people who have these infections.
  • Talk to your doctor if you have an infection in your nose or throat.

  • Talk to your doctor if you have constant irritation in your nose or throat.
  • Talk to your doctor if you experience blurred vision or other eye problems.
  • Long-term use of Ryaltris may slow down growth in children and teenagers. Your doctor will regularly check your child's height.
  • Avoid getting the medicine in your eyes.
  • Ryaltris is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
  • Do not use Ryaltris if you are pregnant unless your doctor says it is necessary. Do not breastfeed while using this medicine.
  • Ryaltris contains benzalkonium chloride, which can cause irritation and swelling inside your nose, especially with long-term use.
  • This medicine may cause dizziness, fatigue, or drowsiness. If you feel this way, do not drive or operate machinery.
