How to Use
Dosage
The recommended dose is 1 tablet once a day.
Method
Take the tablet in the morning before a meal with a glass of water.
Important
Do not take more than one tablet per day.
Possible Side Effects
COMMON
•Skin reactions in people prone to allergies and asthma.
•Low potassium in the blood.
•Diabetes, more likely if you have high blood sugar, high fat levels, are overweight, or have high blood pressure.
•Dizziness, headache, spinning sensation (vertigo), tingling or numbness.
•Vision problems (including double vision).
•Ringing in the ears.
•Weakness due to low blood pressure.
•Shortness of breath, cough.
•Stomach and gut problems (dry mouth, taste changes, upper stomach pain, indigestion, loss of appetite, vomiting, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, constipation).
•Allergic reactions (like rash, itching).
•Muscle pain, muscle cramps.
•Feeling tired.
RARE
•Increased number of eosinophils (a type of white blood cell).
•Changes in lab tests: high potassium (returns to normal after stopping treatment), low sodium (can cause dehydration and low blood pressure).
•Very low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) in diabetics.
•Mood changes, sleep problems.
•Depression.
•Drowsiness, fainting.
•Palpitations (feeling your heartbeat), fast heartbeat (tachycardia).
•Inflammation of blood vessels (vasculitis).
•Tightness in chest, wheezing, shortness of breath (bronchospasm).
•Dry mouth.
•Swelling of face, tongue or throat with breathing problems (angioedema), hives, purple spots on skin (purpura), clusters of blisters.
•Kidney problems.
•Impotence (inability to get or maintain an erection).
•Sweating, sensitivity to sunlight (photosensitivity reactions).
•Joint pain (arthralgia), muscle pain (myalgia).
•Chest pain, feeling unwell, swelling in arms or legs, fever.
•Increased blood urea and creatinine levels.
•Falls.
•Worsening of psoriasis.
•Dark urine, nausea or vomiting, muscle cramps, confusion, and seizures. These could be symptoms of SIADH (syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion).
•Low chloride in the blood.
•Low magnesium in the blood.
•Redness of the skin (flushing).
•Severe stomach pain (pancreatitis).
•Changes in lab tests: increased liver enzymes, high bilirubin in serum.
•Lupus-like syndrome (including rash, joint problems, and effects on blood cells).
•Reduced or no urine output.
•Acute kidney failure.
•Decreased white blood cells, anemia (decreased red blood cells).
•Decreased hemoglobin, decreased platelets.
•High calcium in the blood.
•Nerve damage in arms and legs (with symptoms like numbness), memory loss.
•Heart and circulatory problems (irregular heartbeat, chest pain, and heart attack).
•Eosinophilic lung inflammation (a rare type of lung inflammation), runny or blocked nose.
•Brain disease caused by liver problems (hepatic encephalopathy).
•Myasthenia gravis (a disease causing general muscle weakness, sometimes affecting breathing muscles).
•Ocular myasthenia (a disease causing eye muscle weakness).
•Nearsightedness (myopia), blurred vision, decreased vision or eye pain due to high pressure (possible signs of fluid buildup in the eye or acute angle-closure glaucoma).
•Discoloration, numbness, and pain in fingers or toes (Raynaud's phenomenon).
•Lab tests: high uric acid in the blood.
•Worsening of lupus erythematosus (a connective tissue disease).
Important Warnings
Do not take Roxiper if you are allergic to rosuvastatin, perindopril, indapamide, any other ACE inhibitor, sulfonamides, or any other ingredient in this medicine.
Stop taking Roxiper immediately and tell your doctor if you experience symptoms like wheezing, swelling of the face or tongue, severe itching, or severe skin rashes, as these could be signs of a serious allergic reaction called angioedema.
Do not take Roxiper if you have diabetes or kidney problems and are taking a blood pressure-lowering medicine containing aliskiren.
Do not take Roxiper if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you become pregnant during treatment, stop taking Roxiper right away and tell your doctor. Use effective birth control during treatment.
Stop taking Roxiper immediately and tell your doctor if you experience unusual muscle pain, tenderness, weakness, or cramps that last longer than expected, especially if you also feel unwell or have a fever. This could be a sign of a serious muscle breakdown called rhabdomyolysis.

Stop taking Roxiper immediately and seek medical help if you develop severe skin reactions, such as a widespread rash, high body temperature, swollen lymph nodes (DRESS syndrome), or a rash with red itchy patches, blistering, peeling skin, or sores in the mouth, throat, nose, genitals, or eyes (Stevens-Johnson syndrome).
