Do not take if you have experienced symptoms like wheezing, swelling of the face or tongue, severe itching, or severe rashes from previous ACE inhibitor treatment, or if you or a family member has experienced these symptoms (angioedema).

If you develop swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, stop taking the medicine immediately and seek medical help.
Stop taking the medicine and seek immediate medical help if you develop severe skin reactions (e.g., Stevens-Johnson syndrome).
If your vision changes or you experience eye pain during Roxiper treatment, stop taking the medicine and see a doctor immediately.

Your doctor will monitor your liver function with blood tests before and during treatment.
If you experience severe dizziness or fainting due to low blood pressure, or difficulty breathing, chest tightness, wheezing, or swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat (angioedema), stop taking the medicine and contact your doctor immediately.
If you have muscle weakness, cramps, tenderness, or pain, especially if you also feel unwell or have a fever, as this may be due to abnormal muscle breakdown (rhabdomyolysis), stop taking the medicine and contact your doctor immediately.
