How to Use

Dosage

The recommended dose is 1 tablet once a day.

Method

Take the tablets preferably in the morning before a meal. Swallow the tablet with a glass of water.

Important

A maximum of 1 tablet per day.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Skin reactions in people prone to allergic and asthmatic reactions
  • Low potassium levels in the blood
  • Diabetes (more likely with high blood sugar, high fat levels, obesity, or high blood pressure)
  • Dizziness, headache, spinning sensation (vertigo), tingling, and prickling sensation
  • Vision disturbances (including double vision)
  • Ringing in the ears (tinnitus)
  • Weakness due to low blood pressure
  • Shortness of breath (dyspnea), cough
  • Digestive problems (dry mouth, changes in taste, stomach pain, indigestion, loss of appetite, vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, constipation)
  • Allergic reactions (such as rash, itching)
  • Muscle pain, muscle cramps
  • Feeling tired
RARE
  • Mood changes, sleep disturbances
  • Depression
  • Drowsiness, fainting
  • Palpitations (awareness of heartbeats), fast heartbeat (tachycardia)
  • Sweating, photosensitivity reactions (increased skin sensitivity to sunlight)
  • Chest pain, feeling unwell (malaise), swelling of extremities, fever
  • Dark urine, nausea or vomiting, muscle cramps, confusion and seizures (possible signs of SIADH)
  • Redness
  • Severe abdominal pain (pancreatitis)
  • Decrease in white blood cells, anemia (decrease in red blood cells)
  • Nerve damage in arms and legs (e.g., numbness), memory loss
  • Cardiovascular disorders (heart rhythm disorders, chest pain [angina pectoris], and heart attack)

Important Warnings

  • Do not take if you have experienced symptoms like wheezing, swelling of the face or tongue, severe itching, or severe rashes from previous ACE inhibitor treatment, or if you or a family member has experienced these symptoms (angioedema).
  • Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you become pregnant, stop taking the medicine immediately and contact your doctor.
  • If you develop swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, stop taking the medicine immediately and seek medical help.
  • Stop taking the medicine and seek immediate medical help if you develop severe skin reactions (e.g., Stevens-Johnson syndrome).
  • If your vision changes or you experience eye pain during Roxiper treatment, stop taking the medicine and see a doctor immediately.

  • Athletes should note that this medicine may cause a positive result in doping tests.
  • Your doctor will monitor your liver function with blood tests before and during treatment.
  • If you experience severe dizziness or fainting due to low blood pressure, or difficulty breathing, chest tightness, wheezing, or swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat (angioedema), stop taking the medicine and contact your doctor immediately.
  • If you have muscle weakness, cramps, tenderness, or pain, especially if you also feel unwell or have a fever, as this may be due to abnormal muscle breakdown (rhabdomyolysis), stop taking the medicine and contact your doctor immediately.
