How to Use
Dosage
One tablet once a day.
Method
Take the tablet preferably in the morning before a meal. Swallow it whole with water.
Important
No more than one tablet per day.

COMMON
- •Swelling (fluid retention)

RARE
- •Severe swelling of face, lips, or tongue (angioedema)
- •Severe skin reactions (rash, blisters, peeling skin)
- •Chest pain or heart attack
- •Muscle weakness or muscle damage
- •Yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice)
- •Nerve damage in legs and arms (such as numbness)
Important Warnings
- Do not take if you are allergic to rosuvastatin, perindopril, amlodipine, or any other ingredients in Rosamera.
- If you or your family have had severe swelling of the face, tongue, or throat (angioedema). Stop taking the medicine and contact a doctor immediately if this happens.
- Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you become pregnant, stop taking the medicine and tell your doctor immediately.
- If you have very low blood pressure that causes dizziness or fainting.
- If you get unexplained muscle aches or pains that do not go away. Stop taking the medicine and contact a doctor immediately.
