How to Use

Dosage

One tablet once a day.

Method

Take the tablet preferably in the morning before a meal. Swallow it whole with water.

Important

No more than one tablet per day.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Swelling (fluid retention)
  • Headache
  • Dizziness
  • Cough
  • Stomach problems (nausea, diarrhea, constipation)
  • Muscle pain
  • Tiredness
RARE
  • Severe swelling of face, lips, or tongue (angioedema)
  • Severe skin reactions (rash, blisters, peeling skin)
  • Chest pain or heart attack
  • Muscle weakness or muscle damage
  • Yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice)
  • Nerve damage in legs and arms (such as numbness)

Important Warnings

  • Do not take if you are allergic to rosuvastatin, perindopril, amlodipine, or any other ingredients in Rosamera.
  • If you or your family have had severe swelling of the face, tongue, or throat (angioedema). Stop taking the medicine and contact a doctor immediately if this happens.
  • Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you become pregnant, stop taking the medicine and tell your doctor immediately.
  • If you have very low blood pressure that causes dizziness or fainting.
  • If you get unexplained muscle aches or pains that do not go away. Stop taking the medicine and contact a doctor immediately.
