How to Use

Dosage

Take one tablet once a day.

Method

Take it in the morning before food. Swallow with a glass of water.

Important

Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Swelling in hands or feet
  • Headache
  • Dizziness
  • Stomach pain
  • Nausea (feeling sick)
  • Diarrhea
  • Constipation
  • Muscle pain or cramps
  • Feeling tired or weak
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Palpitations (feeling your heart beat fast)
RARE
  • Severe allergic reaction with swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat and trouble breathing (angioedema)
  • Very low blood pressure causing severe dizziness or fainting
  • Chest pain, irregular heartbeat, or heart attack
  • Weakness or numbness in arms or legs, or trouble speaking (possible signs of a stroke)
  • Inflammation of the pancreas, causing severe stomach and back pain
  • Yellow skin or eyes (jaundice), dark urine, which can be signs of liver problems
  • Severe skin reactions with widespread rash, peeling skin, blisters in mouth, eyes, or genitals, or fever (Stevens-Johnson syndrome, DRESS syndrome)
  • Long-lasting muscle weakness in general or affecting the eyes (myasthenia gravis)

Important Warnings

  • Do not take Rosamera if you are allergic to rosuvastatin, perindopril, amlodipine, or any other part of this medicine, or to other similar medicines.
  • Stop taking Rosamera and call your doctor right away if you get swelling in your face, lips, tongue, or throat, or if you have trouble swallowing or breathing. These could be signs of a serious allergic reaction.
  • Do not use Rosamera if you are pregnant, planning to get pregnant, or breastfeeding. If you become pregnant while taking this medicine, stop it and tell your doctor immediately.
  • Stop taking Rosamera and tell your doctor right away if you have muscle pain or weakness that won't go away, especially if you also feel sick or have a fever. This can be a sign of a serious muscle problem.
  • Do not take Rosamera if you have severe liver disease.
