How to Use
Dosage
Take one 20 mg tablet once daily.
Method
Place the tablet in your mouth; it dissolves quickly. You can also dissolve it in a small amount of water. Only use water, not fruit juices. Take the tablet one hour before eating or drinking fruit juice, or two hours after.
Important
Do not take more than one 20 mg tablet per day.

Important Warnings
- Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to bilastine or any other ingredients.
- This medicine is not for children under 12 years of age.
- Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine if you have kidney problems, low levels of potassium, magnesium, or calcium in your blood, heart rhythm problems, a very slow heart rate, or if you are taking other medicines that can affect your heart rhythm.
- If you forget a dose, do not take a double dose to make up for it.
- Stop taking this medicine and seek urgent medical help immediately if you experience signs of an allergic reaction such as difficulty breathing, dizziness, collapse, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, or a swollen and red skin rash.

- Do not take this tablet with food or grapefruit juice/other fruit juices, as this can reduce its effect. Wait one hour before or two hours after food/fruit juice.
