How to Use

Dosage

The recommended dose for children aged 2-11 years, weighing at least 15 kg, is one 10 mg orodispersible tablet once a day.

Method

Place the orodispersible tablet in your child's mouth; it dissolves quickly in saliva and is easy to swallow. For children under 6, you can dissolve the tablet in a teaspoon of water. Give the tablet one hour before or two hours after food or fruit juice. Use only water for dissolving.

Important

Do not exceed one tablet (10 mg) per day. Do not give a double dose.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if your child is allergic to bilastine or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Do not give this medicine to children under 2 years old or weighing less than 15 kg.
  • Do not take this medicine with food, grapefruit juice, or other fruit juices, as they can reduce its effectiveness.
  • If your child shows signs of a severe allergic reaction (such as difficulty breathing, dizziness, swelling of the face or lips), stop the medicine and contact a doctor immediately.
  • Talk to a doctor before use if your child has kidney or liver problems, low electrolyte levels, heart rhythm issues, or is taking other medications.
