How to Use
Dosage
Take 1-2 tablets as needed.
Method
Chew or let the tablet slowly dissolve in your mouth. Take one hour after a meal or at bedtime.
Important
Do not take more than 11 tablets in a day. Do not use continuously for more than two weeks.

Important Warnings
- Do not use if you are allergic to calcium carbonate, magnesium subcarbonate, or any other ingredients.
- Do not use if you have severe kidney disease.
- Do not use if you have high calcium levels in your blood.
- Do not use if you have kidney stones or suspect they are caused by calcium.
- Do not use if you have low phosphate levels in your blood.

- Do not use if you excrete more calcium in your urine than normal.
- If your kidney function is weakened, only use under a doctor's supervision.
- Do not consume large amounts of milk or dairy products at the same time.
- Not recommended for children under 12 years old.
- Take this medicine 1-2 hours before or after other medications to avoid affecting their absorption.
- Long-term use of high doses can weaken kidney function and cause changes in salt and acid balance in the blood, which may lead to nausea, vomiting, or constipation.
