Possible Side Effects

  • Acid-base imbalance in the blood
  • Imbalance in blood electrolyte levels (e.g., decrease in calcium, sodium, magnesium, potassium, and/or phosphate, or increase in calcium)

  • Fluid volume imbalance in the body (dehydration or fluid accumulation) - frequency unknown

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to the active substances or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Do not use if you have severe liver failure.
  • Do not use if you have severe muscle circulation problems.
  • This medicine is not meant to be given directly into a vein on its own; it is only used with a CRRT machine.
  • Do not use the product if the liquid is not clear, contains visible particles, or if the seal is broken.
