Pultadev
Pultadev is a medicine used to treat high blood pressure in the lungs (pulmonary hypertension) in adults and children aged 2 years and older, by relaxing blood vessels to improve blood flow.
How to Use
Dosage
For adults, the usual dose is two 20 mg tablets taken once a day. For children weighing 40 kg or more, the recommended dose is two 20 mg tablets once daily. For children weighing less than 40 kg, the recommended dose is one 20 mg tablet once daily. If you have mild to moderate kidney or liver problems, your doctor might tell you to take one 20 mg tablet daily (for adults and children over 40kg) or one 10 mg tablet daily (for children under 40kg).
Method
Swallow the tablet(s) whole with water. You can take it with or without food.
The usual maximum daily dose is two 20 mg tablets (40 mg total). Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed tablet.

- •Ringing in the ears (tinnitus)
- •Partial or complete vision loss in one or both eyes
- •Severe allergic reaction (swelling of face and throat)
- •Sudden hearing loss
- •Chest pain
- •Prolonged and painful erection (priapism)
- •Sudden vision loss, distorted or blurry central vision
Important Warnings
- Stop taking Pultadev and get medical help right away if you have: an allergic reaction (like a rash), chest pain (do not take nitrates, get help immediately), a painful erection that lasts more than 4 hours, or sudden loss or blurring of vision.
- Do not take Pultadev if you are allergic to tadalafil or its ingredients, take medicines called nitrates for chest pain, have low blood pressure, or use riociguat (for lung high blood pressure).
- Tell your doctor if you've had a heart attack in the last 3 months, or if you've ever lost vision due to 'stroke in the eye' (NAION).
- Contact your doctor right away if you notice sudden hearing loss.
- Do not drink too much alcohol (more than 5 drinks) as it can make you dizzy.
