  • Psychological symptoms like crying, irritability, restlessness, anger, aggressive behavior
  • Pituitary gland changes (risk of bleeding or stroke)
  • Increased pressure in the head (idiopathic intracranial hypertension) causing severe headache, double vision, or ringing in ears
  • Lung disease (interstitial)
  • Severe liver damage or fatty liver (men)
  • Severe skin reactions including rashes, blisters, and peeling skin (like Stevens-Johnson syndrome)

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to leuprorelin or any other ingredients in this medicine.
  • Do not use if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
  • Do not use if you have unexplained vaginal bleeding.
  • Stop using the medicine and contact your doctor immediately if you experience severe allergic reactions like difficulty breathing, wheezing, dizziness, swelling, or rash.
  • Tell your doctor if you feel depressed, as depression has been reported in some patients using this medicine.

  • Stop taking this medicine and seek immediate medical attention if you develop severe skin rashes, blisters, or peeling skin (like Stevens-Johnson syndrome).
  • This medicine may increase the risk of heart rhythm problems. Tell your doctor if you have heart conditions or take medicines for them.
  • If you have high blood sugar, diabetes, or high cholesterol, your doctor will monitor you closely.
