•Changes in blood tests (e.g., high potassium, low sodium, low blood sugar in diabetics, increased urea and creatinine, low chloride, low magnesium, abnormal liver enzymes, high bilirubin)

•Chest pain or feeling unwell

•Confusion or seizures
•Pneumonia (lung inflammation)
•Runny or blocked nose
•Changes in blood cell counts (e.g., low red or white blood cells, low platelets)
•High blood calcium
•Abnormal liver function
•Abnormal heart electrical activity (ECG changes)
•High uric acid or high blood sugar
•Blurred vision, worsening eyesight, or eye pain due to high pressure (glaucoma)
•Numbness or pain in fingers or toes (Raynaud's phenomenon)
•Worsening of lupus (a connective tissue disease)
Important Warnings
Do not take if you are allergic to perindopril, indapamide, or any other ingredients in this medicine.
Do not take if you or a family member have experienced swelling of the face, tongue, or throat (angioedema), either with or without previous ACE inhibitor treatment.
Do not use if you are more than 3 months pregnant; it is also best to avoid during early pregnancy.
Do not take if you have severe liver disease, serious kidney problems (especially if on dialysis), or low potassium levels in your blood.
Stop taking this medicine and see a doctor immediately if you experience severe dizziness or fainting, chest pain, swelling of the face/tongue or difficulty breathing, severe skin reactions, yellowing of skin or eyes, or severe muscle weakness with fever.
