How to Use
Dosage
Take two sachets in total: one sachet 10-18 hours before your procedure and the second sachet 4-6 hours before. Always follow your doctor's instructions.
Method
Mix one sachet with about 150 ml of cold water. Stir for 2-3 minutes and drink. If the solution gets warm, wait for it to cool down.
Important
Do not take more than two sachets within a 24-hour period. Drink plenty of clear fluids.

- •Bowel ulcers
- •Accidental bowel emptying
- •Anal pain
Important Warnings
- Do not take if you are allergic to sodium picosulfate, magnesium oxide, citric acid, or any other ingredients.
- Do not take if you have severe kidney problems, stomach or bowel ulcers, blocked bowels, perforated bowel, severe heart failure, or active inflammatory bowel disease.
- Remember to drink plenty of clear fluids during treatment to prevent dehydration, especially if you are under 18, elderly, or frail.
- This medicine should not be used as a regular laxative.
- Tell your doctor about all other medicines you are taking, as Picoprep can change how they work. Some medicines should be taken at different times than Picoprep.
