How to Use

Dosage

Your doctor will tell you what strength of solution you need and how many bags to use each day.

Method

This medicine is put into your belly. Always use it exactly as your healthcare team shows you. Warm the bag to 37°C with a special warming plate; never use hot water or a microwave. Make sure everything is clean and check the bag for leaks and clear fluid before use. Break the seal between the two parts of the bag and mix the solution well. Use each bag only once and throw away any extra. Use the mixed solution within 24 hours.

Important

Do not use more solution than your doctor has told you to use each day. Using too much can make your belly bloated, cause pain, and make it hard to breathe.
