How to Use

Dosage

One dose is the content of one 45 ml bottle, diluted in 120 ml of cold water.

Method

Drink the diluted dose, followed by at least one full glass (240 ml) of cold water. Drink plenty of clear fluids throughout the treatment and avoid solid food before the examination.

Important

Take a maximum of two 45 ml bottles the day before your examination or surgery, as directed by your doctor.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Nausea, stomach pain, bloating, and diarrhea.
  • Chills, feeling weak, and dizziness.
  • Vomiting, chest pain, and headache.
RARE
  • Dehydration (not enough fluid in the body).
  • Calcium deposits in the kidneys.
  • Serious heart problems (like heart attack or irregular heartbeat), changes in body salts (electrolyte imbalance, muscle twitching, cramps), kidney failure, or neurological problems (confusion, seizures).

Important Warnings

  • If you are allergic to any ingredient in Phosphoral.
  • Do not use if you are under 18 years old.
  • If you have severe kidney or heart problems.
