How to Use

Dosage

The recommended dose is one tablet once a day.

Method

Take the tablet with a glass of water, preferably in the morning before food.

Important

Do not take more than one tablet per day.

  • Kidney problems with reduced or no urine output

  • Yellowing of skin or eyes
  • Irregular heartbeat

Important Warnings

  • Do not take this medicine if you have had a severe allergic reaction with swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, or if a family member has had this before. Stop taking it and contact a doctor immediately if these symptoms occur.
  • Do not take this medicine if you are pregnant (especially after the first 3 months) or breastfeeding.
  • Do not take this medicine if you have severe liver disease or severe kidney disease.

Use in Elderly Patients

Category C

Suitable for older adults, with specific precautions. Effectiveness is reduced in renal impairment. Consider risk of orthostatic hypotension and hyponatraemia and -kalemia. (updated 19.5.2025)
