Parecoxib Macure is a medicine used for short-term pain relief after surgery in adults by reducing substances in the body that cause pain and swelling.
The usual first dose is 40 mg. You may get another dose of 20 mg or 40 mg, 6 to 12 hours after the first one.
A doctor or nurse will give you Parecoxib Macure as an injection. It can be given quickly into a vein or slowly and deeply into a muscle. It is for short-term pain relief only.
Do not take more than 80 mg in 24 hours.
