How to Use

Dosage

The dose depends on your weight and age; generally, adults and children over 15 years old take 1-2 tablets (500-1000 mg) at a time.

Method

Take the tablet by mouth with a glass of water.

Important

Do not take more than 3000 mg (6 tablets) in a single day. Always follow the smallest effective dose.

Possible Side Effects

RARE
  • Hives, itching, or skin rash.
  • Changes in liver blood tests.
  • Liver problems, including liver failure or death of liver cells.
  • Yellowing of the skin or the whites of the eyes (jaundice).
  • Increased sweating.
  • Swelling under the skin (angioedema).
  • Headache.
  • Dizziness.
  • General feeling of being unwell.
  • Digestive issues such as stomach pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, or constipation.
  • Severe skin reactions, including peeling skin or sores in the mouth.
  • Breathing difficulties, especially if you have had asthma-like reactions to aspirin or other anti-inflammatory medicines.
  • Easy bruising or bleeding without a clear reason.
  • A very serious allergic reaction called anaphylaxis.
  • Symptoms of low blood cells, like unusual paleness, weakness, dizziness, high fever, sore throat, or recurring mouth sores.
  • Cloudy urine.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to paracetamol or any other ingredients in this medicine.
  • Do not take other medicines that contain paracetamol at the same time, to avoid accidental overdose.
  • Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine if you have kidney or liver problems, are underweight, drink alcohol regularly, or have other serious illnesses.
  • Contact a doctor immediately if you do not feel better after 3 days or if your condition gets worse.
  • Do not drink alcohol while you are taking this medicine.
