  • Do not use Panzyga if you are allergic to normal human immunoglobulin or any other ingredients of the medicine, or if you have an IgA deficiency and have developed antibodies against IgA.
  • Blood clots, such as heart attack, stroke, or deep vein thrombosis, can occur rarely. The risk is higher if you are overweight, elderly, have high blood pressure, diabetes, or have been immobile for a long time.
  • If you have a history of kidney problems, diabetes, are overweight, or are over 65 years old, the medicine should be given slowly, as acute kidney failure has been reported.
  • If your blood group is A, B, or AB, or if you have certain inflammatory conditions, you may have a higher risk of red blood cell destruction.
  • Panzyga may reduce the effectiveness of live attenuated virus vaccines (such as measles, rubella, mumps, chickenpox). Tell your doctor if you have received any vaccinations in the last 3 months.
