How to Use

Dosage

For adults, take 0.5 to 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours.

Method

You can take the tablets with or without food.

Important

The maximum daily dose is 3 grams (3000 mg) of paracetamol.

Possible Side Effects

RARE
  • Allergic reaction such as rash, itching, difficulty breathing, or swelling of the lips, tongue, throat, or face.
  • Skin peeling, rash, or blisters.
  • Sores in the mouth.
  • Breathing problems, especially if you have had them before with aspirin or other anti-inflammatory pain medicines.
  • Blood problems, such as unusual bleeding or bruising.
  • A serious condition where the blood becomes too acidic (metabolic acidosis), especially in patients with severe illness using paracetamol.

Important Warnings

  • Do not take if you are allergic to paracetamol or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Consult your doctor before use if you have heart failure, kidney or liver disease, or alcohol problems.
  • This medicine is for temporary use. If symptoms continue for a long time or come back often, contact a doctor.
  • This medicine contains paracetamol. Too much paracetamol can cause serious liver damage.
  • Do not use with other prescription or over-the-counter medicines that contain paracetamol for pain, fever, cold, or flu symptoms.

  • Do not use other pain relievers at the same time without a doctor's order.
  • Do not take tablets more often than every 4 hours. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
  • For continuous use longer than three days, only use under a doctor's guidance.
  • Not for use by individuals under 18 years of age.

Use in Elderly Patients

Category A

Suitable for older adults. The recommended maximum dose for long-term use is 2 grams per day. Can be used concurrently with warfarin only if INR values are monitored. Consider paracetamol in OTC drugs and combination products. Risk of poisoning with daily doses over 4 grams. (updated 14.4.2025)
