How to Use
Dosage
For adults, 1-2 tablets up to 3 times a day.
Method
Take tablets at least 4 hours apart.
Important
The maximum daily dose for adults is 3000 mg (3 g) of paracetamol.

RARE
- •Allergic reactions, such as rash, itching, breathing difficulties, or swelling of the lips, tongue, throat, or face.
- •Skin peeling, skin rash, or blisters.
- •Sores in the mouth.
- •Breathing problems, if you've had them before when using aspirin or other anti-inflammatory pain medicines.
- •Changes in blood, such as unusual bleeding or bruising.
- •A severe condition where the blood becomes too acidic (metabolic acidosis), especially in severely ill patients.
- •Dizziness.
- •Headache.
- •Heart palpitations.
- •Digestive issues.
- •Insomnia (difficulty sleeping).
- •Restlessness.
- •Anxiety.
- •Irritability.
- •Nervousness.
Important Warnings
- Do not use if you are allergic to paracetamol, caffeine, or any other ingredients in this medicine.
- Avoid using other pain relievers at the same time without a doctor's advice.
- Contains paracetamol. Too much can cause severe liver damage.
- Do not use if you have heart failure, liver or kidney disease, or alcohol problems, without a doctor's advice.
- Do not use other medicines containing paracetamol at the same time.
