How to Use

Dosage

Adults should take 1 to 2 tablets up to 3 times a day.

Method

Do not take tablets more often than every 4 hours.

Important

The maximum daily dose for adults is 3000 mg of paracetamol.

Possible Side Effects

RARE
  • Allergic reactions like rash, itching, trouble breathing, or swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat.
  • Peeling skin, rashes, or blisters.
  • Sores in the mouth.
  • Breathing problems if you have had them before with aspirin or other anti-inflammatory painkillers.
  • Blood problems, such as unusual bleeding or bruising.
COMMON
  • Dizziness.
  • Headache.
  • Palpitations (fast or irregular heartbeat).
  • Digestive problems.
  • Sleeplessness.
  • Restlessness, anxiety, irritability, or nervousness.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to paracetamol, caffeine, or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Do not use without a doctor's advice if you have heart failure, liver or kidney disease, or alcohol problems.
  • Do not use other painkillers at the same time without a doctor's prescription.
  • This medicine contains paracetamol. Too much paracetamol can cause serious liver damage.
  • Do not take this medicine if you are already using other prescription or over-the-counter medicines that contain paracetamol for pain, fever, cold, or flu symptoms.
