This medicine is given every three months, not daily. The maximum dose is one injection per three-month period.

  • This medicine can make your bones weaker (osteoporosis) and increase your risk of fractures. Tell your doctor about your bone health.
  • If you have heart disease, an irregular heartbeat, or diabetes, tell your doctor.

  • At the start of treatment, cancer symptoms might temporarily get worse. Contact your doctor right away if this happens.
  • If you get severe back pain, numbness in your legs, or difficulty urinating, contact your doctor right away.
  • This medicine can affect your heart's electrical activity (ECG) and cause rhythm problems.
  • Pamorelin may increase the risk of anemia (low red blood cell count).
