How to Use

Dosage

Take your dose as prescribed by your doctor, not more often than every 4 hours.

Method

Swallow capsules whole with water, or open and mix contents with soft food like yogurt, then eat right away. Never inject the contents.

Important

Do not take doses more often than every four hours. Your doctor will tell you your maximum daily dose.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to this medicine or its ingredients.
  • Do not use if you have severe breathing problems or a lung disease.
  • Do not use if you have sudden, bad stomach pain.
  • Do not use if you have high pressure in your brain (causing severe headache or sickness).
  • Do not use if you take MAO inhibitors (for depression) or have taken them in the last 2 weeks.

  • This medicine is not for children under 12 years old.
  • This medicine can cause addiction. Talk to your doctor if you are worried about this.
  • Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly without your doctor's advice, to avoid bad withdrawal symptoms.
  • Alcohol can make this medicine's effects stronger and make you sleepy. Do not drink alcohol while taking this medicine.
  • Do not use this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • This medicine can make you drowsy or dizzy. Do not drive or use machines if you feel this way.
  • These capsules contain lactose. Talk to your doctor if you have lactose intolerance.
