How to Use

Dosage

Your doctor will decide your exact dose based on your pain, usually split into morning and evening doses.

Method

Take the tablets by mouth with enough liquid (about half a glass of water) every 12 hours, always at the same times. You can divide the tablet, but do not break, chew, or crush it.

Important

The maximum daily dose is 160 mg oxycodone hydrochloride and 80 mg naloxone hydrochloride.

Important Warnings

  • Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to oxycodone, naloxone, or any other ingredients.
  • Do not take if you have severe breathing problems where you cannot get enough oxygen.
  • Do not take if you have a severe lung disease that narrows your airways (like COPD or severe asthma).
  • Do not take if you have moderate to severe liver problems.
  • This medicine is not for children or teenagers under 18 years old.

  • If you experience very slow or shallow breathing, seek urgent medical help immediately as this is a sign of overdose.
