How to Use
Dosage
Your doctor will decide your daily dose and how you split it into morning and evening doses based on your pain level.
Method
Take the tablet by mouth, whole (do not crush or chew), with water, every 12 hours (e.g., at 8 AM and 8 PM), with or without food.
Important
The maximum daily dose is 160 mg oxycodone hydrochloride and 80 mg naloxone hydrochloride. The total oxycodone hydrochloride dose should not exceed 400 mg per day.

Important Warnings
- Do not take if you are allergic to this medicine or any of its ingredients.
- Do not take if you have severe breathing problems or very slow breathing (respiratory depression).
- Do not take if you have moderate or severe liver disease.
- This medicine is not for use in children under 18 years.
- Do not break, chew, or crush the tablet, as it can be dangerous and lead to a fatal dose.
