How to Use
Dosage
The usual starting dose for pain treatment is 10 mg oxycodone hydrochloride / 5 mg naloxone hydrochloride as prolonged-release tablets every 12 hours.
Method
Swallow the tablets whole with about half a glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or split them. Take the tablets every 12 hours, at the same times each day, with or without food.
Important
The maximum daily dose is 160 mg oxycodone hydrochloride and 80 mg naloxone hydrochloride.
