How to Use
Dosage
The usual starting dose for pain is one 10 mg/5 mg prolonged-release tablet twice daily, every 12 hours.
Method
Swallow the tablets whole with enough liquid, with or without food; do not break, chew, or crush them.
Important
The maximum daily dose for this medication is 160 mg oxycodone and 80 mg naloxone.

Important Warnings
- Do not take if you are allergic to oxycodone, naloxone, or any other ingredients in this medicine.
- Do not take if you have severe breathing problems or lung disease, such as severe COPD or asthma.
- Do not take if you have moderate to severe liver problems.
- Do not take if you have a bowel blockage not caused by opioid treatment.
- Always swallow tablets whole; never break, chew, or crush them, as this can lead to a dangerous overdose.

Use in Elderly Patients
Category C
