How to Use

Dosage

For menopausal symptoms, start with 4-8 mg daily (2-4 tablets of 2 mg, or 4-8 tablets of 1 mg) for the first few weeks. Then, gradually reduce the daily dose to 1-2 mg (1/2-1 tablet of 2 mg, or 1-2 tablets of 1 mg). Lower doses may be prescribed for other conditions.

Method

Swallow the tablets with water or another liquid. Take the entire daily dose at once, at approximately the same time each day.

Important

Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 8 mg, and do not use this highest dose for more than a few weeks, to prevent thickening of the womb lining.
