  • Very severe skin rashes (like Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, or a pustular rash)

Important Warnings

  • Do not use Orudis if you are allergic to ketoprofen, aspirin, other anti-inflammatory painkillers, or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Do not use Orudis if you have severe liver or kidney problems, severe heart failure, or a tendency to bleed.
  • Do not use Orudis if you have an active stomach or intestinal ulcer, or have had bleeding, ulcers, or perforations in your digestive tract before.
  • Do not use Orudis if you are in the last three months of pregnancy, as it can harm the unborn baby.
  • Talk to your doctor before using Orudis if you are elderly, have chronic kidney or gut diseases (like colitis or Crohn's), asthma, high blood pressure, or heart failure.

  • Anti-inflammatory painkillers like Orudis may slightly increase the risk of heart attack or stroke, especially with high doses and long-term use.
  • Orudis can hide signs of infection (like fever and pain). If you have an infection and symptoms get worse or last long, contact a doctor immediately.
  • Potentially life-threatening skin reactions can occur. If you get a worsening rash with blisters or sores, stop Orudis and see a doctor right away.
