How to Use

Dosage

Adults: Take 1-2 tablets every six hours as needed.

Method

Take the tablets with a glass of water, with or without food. The score line is only for easier swallowing, not for dividing the dose.

Important

Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Changes in liver or kidney function (seen in blood tests).
  • Ringing in the ears (tinnitus).
  • Nausea or vomiting.
  • Heartburn or stomach pain.
  • Cramps, bloating, gas, stomach discomfort, constipation, or diarrhea.
  • Rashes, itching, swelling of the lips, eyes, hands or feet.
  • Dizziness.
  • Tiredness, restlessness, irritability, nervousness.
  • Headache, lightheadedness.
  • Fluid retention and swelling, which usually gets better when treatment stops.
RARE
  • Stomach or duodenal ulcer, bleeding in the digestive tract, stomach pain (gastritis).
  • Inflammation of the lips and mouth (stomatitis).
  • Worsening of existing ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease.
  • Pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas).
  • Difficulty urinating.
  • Changes in red or white blood cell counts or other changes in blood composition or acidity (detected by blood tests).
  • Breast enlargement in men.
  • Abnormally low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).
  • Mood changes, e.g., depression, confusion, emotional instability, sleeplessness, sleepiness.
  • Signs of anemia, such as fatigue, headaches, shortness of breath, and paleness.
  • Symptoms of frequent or worrying infections, such as fever, severe chills, sore throat, or mouth sores.
  • Bleeding or increased tendency to bruise, reddish or purple spots under the skin.
  • Allergic reactions.
  • Eye problems such as blurred vision, changes in color vision, or blind spots.
  • Fast or slow heart rate.
  • Skin reactions and sensitivity to light.
  • Kidney problems causing increased or decreased urination, leg swelling, blood in urine, or pain in the side of the abdomen.
  • Hair loss.
  • Tingling in hands and feet.
  • Abnormal dreams, hallucinations.
  • Movement problems such as inability to sit still or start and control movement.
  • Anxiety and restlessness.
  • Uncontrolled tremors or convulsions (seizures).
  • Bowel obstruction.
  • Soft tissue inflammation, unusual weight gain, swelling in ankles or legs.
  • Sunburn symptoms (such as redness, itching, swelling, blisters) that may appear faster than usual.
  • Excessive sweating.
  • Fast or irregular heartbeat, also known as palpitations.
  • Heart failure, heart attack, high or low blood pressure.
  • Kidney failure.
  • Liver problems and yellowing of the skin and/or eyes (jaundice).
  • A severe condition that can make the blood too acidic (metabolic acidosis) in patients with severe illness who are taking paracetamol.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to paracetamol, ibuprofen, or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Do not use if you have or have had bleeding in your stomach or intestines.
  • Do not use if you currently have or have had a stomach or duodenal ulcer.
  • Do not use if you have asthma or have had allergic reactions to aspirin or other NSAID pain relievers.
  • Do not use if you have severe kidney or liver problems.
