How to Use

Dosage

Take one capsule.

Method

Swallow the whole capsule with water after your first meal of the day. Do not chew it.

Important

Do not take more than one capsule per day.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Dizziness
  • Abnormal ejaculation (e.g., ejaculation into the bladder or no ejaculation)
RARE
  • Headache
  • Fast heartbeat
  • Dizziness when standing up
  • Runny nose
  • Stomach problems (constipation, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting)
  • Skin reactions (rash, itching, hives)
  • Feeling weak
  • Fainting
  • Severe allergic reaction with swelling of face/throat, difficulty breathing, itching, and rash
  • Painful, long-lasting erection (priapism)
  • Severe skin reactions with blisters or peeling skin
  • Blurred vision
  • Decreased vision
  • Nosebleed
  • Dry mouth
  • Peeling or inflamed skin
  • Irregular heartbeat
  • Shortness of breath

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to tamsulosin or any other ingredients in this medicine.
  • Do not use this medicine if you have very bad liver problems.
  • If you feel dizzy or faint, especially when standing up, sit or lie down until you feel better.
  • Tell your doctor if you have severe kidney problems.
  • Tell your doctor about all other medicines you are taking, as some might affect Omnic.

  • If you are having eye surgery for cataracts or glaucoma, tell your eye doctor that you are taking or have taken Omnic.
  • This medicine is not for children under 18 years old.

Use in Elderly Patients

Category C

Suitable for older adults, with specific precautions. Significant adverse effects include orthostatic hypotension and dizziness. Increases risk of falls. Consider potential interactions especially with antihypertensives. (updated 25.11.2024)
