How to Use
Dosage
Take one 40 mg/12.5 mg tablet once a day; your doctor may increase it to one 40 mg/25 mg tablet if needed.
Method
Swallow the tablet with water, preferably at the same time each day, such as with breakfast.
Important
Do not take more than one 40 mg/25 mg tablet per day.

Important Warnings
- Do not take if you are allergic to olmesartan medoxomil, hydrochlorothiazide, or similar medicines.
- Do not use if you are more than 3 months pregnant, as it can seriously harm your baby.
- Do not take if you have severe kidney or liver problems.
- Do not take if your blood potassium, sodium, calcium, or uric acid levels are abnormal and do not improve with treatment.
- Do not take if you have diabetes and kidney problems and are taking aliskiren.

- If you get severe shortness of breath or breathing problems after taking this medicine, get medical help right away.

- This medicine can cause dizziness or tiredness. Do not drive or use machines until you feel normal.
- This medicine is not for children or teenagers under 18 years old.
- If you are an athlete, this medicine may cause a positive doping test.
