How to Use

Dosage

The recommended dose is one tablet once a day.

Method

Take the tablet whole with a small amount of water, with or without food. Do not chew the tablet. Do not take with grapefruit juice. Try to take it at the same time each day, for example, with breakfast.

Important

Do not take more than one tablet per day.

  • Very low blood pressure causing fainting
  • Yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice) or dark urine
  • Sudden kidney problems
  • Stomach flu or general pain
  • Blood in urine or urinary tract infection
  • Sleep problems (insomnia) or mood changes (anxiety, depression, irritability)
  • Tremors, stiff posture, slow movements, or unbalanced walk
  • Easy bruising or prolonged bleeding

Important Warnings

  • Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to olmesartan medoxomil, amlodipine, or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Do not use this medicine if you are more than 3 months pregnant, as it can seriously harm your baby. It's also best to avoid it during early pregnancy.
  • Do not use this medicine if you have diabetes or kidney problems and are taking aliskiren.
  • Do not take this medicine if you have severe liver disease, problems with bile flow, or jaundice (yellow skin/eyes).
  • Do not take this medicine if you have very low blood pressure or if you are in shock due to severe heart problems.

  • Do not take this medicine if you have narrowing of the aorta or have had a heart attack that caused very low heart output.
  • Do not eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice while taking this medicine, as it can increase the effect of the medicine.
  • This medicine can cause dizziness, nausea, headache, or sleepiness. Do not drive or operate machinery until these symptoms disappear.
  • A sudden drop in blood pressure can lead to a heart attack or stroke in some people. Your doctor will monitor your blood pressure carefully.
  • If you experience swelling of your face, mouth, or throat, or severe itching and rash, stop taking this medicine and contact a doctor immediately.
  • If you feel severely dizzy or faint due to very low blood pressure, stop taking this medicine, lie down, and contact a doctor immediately.
  • If your eyes or skin turn yellow, your urine becomes dark, or your skin starts itching, contact your doctor immediately.
