How to Use

Dosage

1 drop in the eye.

Method

Wash your hands. Tilt your head back, pull your lower eyelid down, and put one drop into your eye. Blink a few times to spread the gel. Do not touch the bottle tip to your eye or anything else.

Important

Do not use more than 4 times a day.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • temporary blurry vision
  • mild stinging in the eye
  • local irritation in the eye

Important Warnings

  • Do not use Oftagel if you are allergic to carbomer or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • If you use other eye drops, wait at least 15 minutes between applications and always put Oftagel in last.
  • Oftagel can cause temporary blurry vision. Do not drive or use machines until your vision is clear again.
  • If you wear soft contact lenses, take them out before using Oftagel and wait at least 15 minutes before putting them back in.
  • Benzalkonium chloride in Oftagel can irritate your eyes, especially if you have dry eyes or cornea problems. If you feel unusual irritation, stinging, or pain, talk to your doctor.
