How to Use
Dosage
Your doctor will decide how much medicine you need and for how long. For adults, the usual daily dose is up to 40 ml of infusion solution per kg of body weight. For children and adolescents (2-17 years), your doctor will determine the dose based on specific guidelines.
Method
This medicine is given as an infusion (drip) directly into a large vein through a small tube. The solution should always be warmed to room temperature before infusion.

Important Warnings
- Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
- Do not use if you have a certain metabolic disorder requiring a special protein diet.
- Do not use if your blood sugar is very high and requires more than 6 units of insulin per hour to control.
- Do not use if you have too much acid in your blood (acidosis).
- Do not use if you have bleeding inside your skull or spinal cord.

- Do not use if you have severe liver disease.
- Do not use if you have severe kidney disease and are not receiving kidney treatment (hemofiltration or dialysis).
- Do not use during the acute phase of a heart attack or stroke.
- Do not use if you have an uncontrolled metabolic disorder, such as coma of unknown origin, insufficient oxygen supply to tissues, or poorly controlled diabetes.
- Do not use if you have life-threatening circulatory disorders, such as fainting or shock, fluid in the lungs (pulmonary edema), or an imbalance in body fluids.
- Not for newborns, infants, or children under 2 years of age.
- Talk to your doctor or nurse before using Nutriflex plus if you have reduced heart or kidney function, fluid or salt imbalances, or very high blood sugar.
