How to Use
Dosage
One 100 mg capsule twice a day.
Method
Take capsules whole with water, about 12 hours apart, around the same time each day (e.g., one in the morning, one in the evening). Do not chew, open, or crush capsules. It's best to take them with food, either just before or right after a meal.
Important
Do not take more than two 100 mg capsules per day (200 mg total).

Important Warnings
- Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to nintedanib or any of its ingredients, or if you are pregnant.
- Tell your doctor if you have or have had liver, kidney, or bleeding problems.
- Contact your doctor right away if you get severe diarrhea, vomiting, or bad stomach pain.
- Seek medical help if your skin or eyes turn yellow, your urine becomes dark, or you bruise or bleed more easily, as these can be signs of liver problems.
- Tell your doctor if you have or had heart problems, high blood pressure, or recently had surgery.
