Nicotine

How to Use

Dosage

Take one piece of gum when you feel the urge to smoke. Start with 1 piece every 1-2 hours, typically 8-12 pieces a day.

Method

Do not swallow the gum. Chew slowly until the taste is strong, then rest it between your cheek and gum. Chew again when the taste fades. Repeat for about 30 minutes. Avoid coffee, acidic drinks, or sodas 15 minutes before or while chewing, as they can reduce nicotine absorption.

Important

Do not exceed 24 pieces of 2mg gum or 15 pieces of 4mg gum per day. Do not use more than one piece per hour.
