Nicotinell chewing gum helps you quit smoking or reduce it, by easing nicotine cravings and withdrawal symptoms.
Take one piece of chewing gum when you want to smoke. At the start, you'll usually need a gum every 1 to 2 hours.
Don't swallow the gum. Chew it slowly until you taste it strongly. Then, put it between your cheek and gum. Chew again when the taste gets weaker. Do this for about 30 minutes.
Do not use more than 24 pieces of 2 mg gum or 15 pieces of 4 mg gum in one day. Do not use more than one piece of gum per hour.
