How to Use

Dosage

A typical dose is 8-12 pieces of gum per day.

Method

Chew the gum slowly until you feel a strong taste. Then, let it rest in your cheek. When the taste fades, chew slowly again. Repeat this for about 30 minutes.

Important

Do not chew more than 24 pieces of gum per day.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to nicotine or any other ingredient in this gum.
  • Do not use if you are under 12 years old.
  • Do not use if you do not smoke.
  • Talk to your doctor before use if you have heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, overactive thyroid, stomach ulcer, or have recently had a heart attack or stroke.
  • If you wear dentures, the gum can stick to them and might cause damage.
