Nicorette chewing gum helps you quit smoking by reducing nicotine cravings and withdrawal symptoms.
The usual dose is 8-12 pieces of gum per day. Choose the strength (2mg or 4mg) based on your nicotine dependence.
Chew the gum slowly until you feel a strong taste or tingling. Then, rest the gum between your cheek and gums. When the taste fades, chew slowly again. Chew each gum for about 30 minutes.
Do not use more than 24 pieces of gum in one day.
