How to Use

Dosage

Take 1 or 2 sprays whenever you feel a craving for a cigarette or would normally smoke, usually 1-2 sprays every 30-60 minutes.

Method

Point the spray into your open mouth, press firmly to release a dose. Do not inhale or swallow immediately after spraying.

Important

Do not take more than 2 doses at once, 4 doses per hour, or more than 64 doses in any 16-hour period.

  • Belching or bleeding gums
  • Palpitations, fast heart rate, or high blood pressure
  • Rash and/or itching
  • Abnormal dreams
  • Chest pain or feeling unwell
  • Difficulty swallowing or numbness in mouth
  • Gagging
  • Blurred vision or increased tear production
  • Dry throat or stomach/gut problems
  • Lip pain
  • Severe allergic reactions (e.g., swelling of face, mouth, throat) or seizures

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to nicotine or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Do not use if you are under 18 years old or have never smoked.
  • Talk to your doctor before use if you've had a recent heart attack or stroke (within 3 months).
  • Talk to your doctor if you have chest pain, heart problems affecting your heartbeat or rhythm, or untreated high blood pressure.
  • Talk to your doctor if you have severe liver or kidney disease, diabetes, an overactive thyroid, an adrenal gland tumor, a stomach or duodenal ulcer, or inflammation of the esophagus.
