How to Use

Dosage

Typically, 8-12 pieces of gum per day is a sufficient dose.

Method

Chew the gum slowly until you feel a strong taste or slight tingling. Rest the gum in your cheek until the taste fades, then chew slowly again. Continue this process for about 30 minutes.

Important

Do not exceed 24 pieces of gum per day.
