How to Use

Dosage

Use 8 to 12 pieces of gum per day.

Method

Chew the gum slowly until you feel a strong taste or a tingling sensation. Then, let the gum rest in your cheek. When the strong taste fades, start chewing slowly again. Continue this for about 30 minutes.

Important

Do not take more than 24 pieces of gum in one day.
