How to Use
Dosage
Apply usually twice a day, in the morning and evening. For the first few days, up to three times a day. Once symptoms improve, once a day or every other day is often enough.
Method
After a bowel movement and cleaning the anal area, apply a small amount of cream with your finger or the applicator around and inside the anus, or insert one suppository deep into the rectum.
Important
Do not use this medicine for more than 2 weeks without talking to your doctor.

- •Allergic reactions (especially with the rectal cream)
- •Blurred vision
- •Skin thinning (if used for more than 4 weeks)
Important Warnings
- Do not use if you are allergic to fluocortolone pivalate, lidocaine hydrochloride, or any other ingredient in this medicine.
- Do not use if you have a skin infection (like tuberculosis or syphilis) or a viral disease (like chickenpox or a reaction to vaccination) in the treated area.
- Be careful not to get the medicine in your eyes. Always wash your hands well after each use.
- This medicine can damage latex products, such as condoms, making them less effective at preventing pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
- Do not use during the first three months of pregnancy. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, avoid long-term use.
