How to Use

Dosage

Usually use twice a day, morning and evening. For very painful cases, you can use up to three times a day during the first few days. When symptoms improve, once a day is often enough.

Method

Use after bowel movements. Clean the anal area well before applying. For cream, apply a pea-sized amount with your finger around the anus or use the applicator. For suppositories, insert one deep into the rectum.

  • Weeping blisters (if stopped suddenly after long or improper use)

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to fluocortolone-21-pivalate, lidocaine hydrochloride, or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Do not use if you have a skin infection (like tuberculosis or syphilis) or a viral disease (like chickenpox) in the treated area.
  • Avoid getting the medicine in your eyes. Wash your hands thoroughly after each use.
  • This medicine can damage latex products (like condoms) and reduce their protection against sexually transmitted infections.
  • Contact a doctor if you experience blurred vision or other vision problems.

  • Do not use during the first three months of pregnancy. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid long-term use.
  • Do not use Neoproct for more than 2 weeks.
  • The cream contains cetostearyl alcohol and benzyl alcohol, which can cause skin reactions or allergies.
